Ive been thinking while I've been working on this project about how much Pop taught us when it comes to this kind of stuff. You may not have been able to teach us everything,Pop,but you have always inspired me to not be afraid to try to do something myself even if I'm not sure I can. This lesson has saved me and Dawn alot of money over the years especially when it comes to cars and stuff like this. Just wanted to say THANKS!
This family blog continues the one originally started by Luke. It is hoped through the sharing of stories, ponderisms, and pictures of family and events, that this online journal will serve to enhance and nurture our relationship and draw us closer to God and each other as we travel along life's road. Buckle-up!

Jacob, you too are an inspiration. That roof looks great. I've been wanting to do the roof on the wellhouse, but still haven't been able to get the tin from Sara's dad. I'd like to see a picture from the front that showed the garage and the house together to see what the whole package looks like.
You boys all did get that building and machanical ability from you Pop! He has always amazed me and now you boys are do-it-yourselfers also! I never forget when Pop did away with the basement stairs and cut a hold in the livingroom(Luke bedroom) floor for new basement stairs! He has an incrediable mechanical ability to fix pretty much anything. There are so many things he fixed over the last 30+ years! I am curious as to what you boys remember in particular beside cars that he has fixed? Any memories that I may have forgotten?
The garage looks huge! It looks like you could fit 4 vehicles in there!
