We had our first Sunday in the New building! I attended both services. It was wonderful and exciting! I love my church. I also was there last night for a special Lords supper and prayer time before today's services. This church had been meeting at the High School for many years and then before that at a skating ring and before that the Pastors home. Quite a testimony of determination and Gods blessings.
This family blog continues the one originally started by Luke. It is hoped through the sharing of stories, ponderisms, and pictures of family and events, that this online journal will serve to enhance and nurture our relationship and draw us closer to God and each other as we travel along life's road. Buckle-up!

That looks real nice. Is that an outdoor fireplace? That would be great for some outdoor services. Is that you in the picture? It seems odd, and I'm not implying anything, but it looks like the person in the picture has no head. I'm glad you've found a good Church. We have more or less settled into the Church of The Incarnation here in Gaffney and it is wonderful to have somewhere to worship and fellowship again.
I am so glad you are back in fellowship again with other believers. Since my rebirth back in 1976 I have never felt right out of church fellowship. I know that is a genuine assurance of my salvation! My soul is not at peace when I have no church home.1 Thes.5:11-15,Hebrews 10:24&25. Got any others?
Yep, I love the fireplace idea. There will be some permanent benches there eventually! That is not me but it was a very windy day so maybe the persons head blew off!
