This is the first year we are attempting a garden. Jacob has finished building one of the raised beds and finished planting seeds yesterday. He still has to finish the second one and put a fence around it but we have a least started:) The deer around our house are really bad. They eat every plant and flower we plant so the fence Jacob is putting up will be 6 ft high to keep them out. We will post more pictures as our garden grows:)

That's a great looking raised bed. We do our garden in raised beds also. Seems like the way to go. We have a lot of deer too. I planted two azaleas by the driveway and they ate one of them and last year they messed up my peach tree by rubbing on it.
