This family blog continues the one originally started by Luke. It is hoped through the sharing of stories, ponderisms, and pictures of family and events, that this online journal will serve to enhance and nurture our relationship and draw us closer to God and each other as we travel along life's road. Buckle-up!
Great story with a surprise ending! I too have a snake story. Our old 80 something neighbor helped me get it out of the house as your dad was sleeping and I couldn't wake him up.He had been up all night and then an hr drive both ways and he also probably worked overtime as he quite often did!! So back then in Remington-Sumerduck when he fell asleep it was like trying to wake the dead to arouse him. Mr Holmes got that 5-6 ft back snake into a a large rubber trash can and we put the lid on and got it outside. If you remember the story it was in out bathroom. It had weaved itself in and out the sliding doors of our medicine cabinet. A very startling thing to see when coming up to the sink. the hissing varmit had knocked medicines into the sink.
