Very cool. I especially like how you left room for the little tractor also. ;)

Hey, Luke. Remember doing the brakes on the old Ford 8N at Gale's? I can't remember if we were ever able to complete that job or not.

Thanks Justin. You know, I'm racking my brain but I don't remember replacing any tractor brakes at Gale's. I don't even remember that she had a tractor but she probably did. Maybe I'm getting Alzheimers. I remember Shawn Bates had an 8N that the brakes didn't work at all. When I was looking at used tractors, bad brakes on the 8N's seemed to be a common problem.

We were out there one day and Gale's (sister?) asked us (or maybe it was just me) if we would be willing to replace the brakes on the tractor if she would buy the tools. I can't remember what was in it for us, but she must have offered us something for the job. The tractor was Ford blue. I don't think it belonged to Gale. I think it belonged to who I think was her sister, but I can't remember the relation for sure. We told her the tools necessary to get the wheel off and she bought a great big breaker bar and a giant socket. I really don't remember ever completing the job, although I do seem to remember having difficulty breaking those nuts. I had almost thought that you did the job yourself and I didn't help, but if you don't remember, then you must not have either.

I remember a Shawn Bates who was a Ranch Hand at BRR. Is that who you mean?
