Picked this up today
I bought this box blade on ebay a couple of weeks ago and Virginia and I went to Hickory Grove, SC to pick it up today. We stopped at Mcdonalds on the way back and Virginia snapped this picture. This was first ride since I modified the bed on the truck. I cut it down from 10' to 8' and also cut the rack off the front of the bed. Probably shaved at least 500 lbs of unnecessary weight off the truck, and I think it looks better. The box blade will be used for smoothing out the gravel driveway and leveling garden beds.

Do you have an Oxy torch? The truck looks good. I like the silhouettes of you two also.
Did you mount a boom on the truck?
I thought of you today while walking through the junkyard. There were two of these body styles sitting face to face. Looks like they still had alot of parts. If you ever need something and cant find it I can always check there for you.
I don't have a torch. I did all the cutting with a 4 1/2" makita angle grinder with a a metal cutting blade. It worked really well. What you see on the back of the truck is a hydraulic lift crane from Harbor Freight. I used it to load and unload the box blade.
Hey Jacob what were you looking for in the junkyard?
