All back together.
New 3 row aluminum radiator.
Installed headlight relays and new headlights for super bright lights.
Added an under-hood fuse panel and circuit breaker for total wiring harness protection.
New outside rear view mirrors.
New LED turn signals in front.
New axle seals and lock washers on the rear axle,.
Removed, inspected, cleaned & painted the front and rear hubs.
Changed the differential fluid and cleaned & painted the cover plate.
Added ground straps on both sides of the engine block, and cleaned all the battery to frame and block connection points and coated with dielectric grease.
Stripped, painted and resealed the valve covers.
Removed, welded, painted and replaced rusted out battery box.
Replaced a mismatched rim with a matching rim and now have tubeless tires all the way around.
Replaced a lug-nut that had always been missing.
Inspected all the rear brake components.
Cleaned, inspected, painted and greased all the steering components.
Greased the universal joints.
Painted the frame.

Wow. Now THATS a project. Well done. If you would just paint that flatbed like a helipad, then you could say you added one of those too. :)
Haven't been looking at the blog lately but man!, that's amazing what you've done to your truck Luke, its like almost as good as a new one. Don't know how you find the time to do so much. Incredible! Thanks for sharing.
