Mmmmm, I love bread pudding and freeze my stale bread until I have enough to make some. I'm probably the only one in my family who likes it, though. A Welsh friend introduced me to it. Another good use of stale bread is "french" toast. I think everyone likes that.
The littlest one reminds me of Virginia. The boy reminds us of Justin at that age. My favorite dessert my Mom made was bread pudding but you had to eat it with a spoon, hers is like cake.
